Short version: we keep as little as possible.

What is public

Your display name, your short intro, the town or city you choose to show, and the Asks you post publicly.

What stays private

Your email, your real name (only people in your accepted Circle can see it) and your ZIP code. Your ZIP is used to match you with Asks near you and is never shown to anyone.

What we track

Simple product counts — Asks created, times people showed up, thank-yous sent — so we know whether Show Up is actually helping people help each other.

Deleting your account

Ask us and we'll remove your profile, your Asks and your activity. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
